I recently stayed at Wada Hostel West Street in Yangshuo for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always there to assist me with any requests or questions I had. The location of the hostel is superb, being very close to Western street and conveniently located near various attractions. I also loved the fact that they offered bicycle rental at a very reasonable price, allowing me to explore the area easily. The free laundry service, complete with washing powder, was a great bonus. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, offering good value for the price. Another standout feature were the lovely hosts who were fluent English speakers and provided excellent recommendations for local destinations. The rooms were comfortable and the bed cubicles were a unique touch, with mattress heaters and bed curtains for added privacy. One of my favorite moments was spending evenings watching movies in the cozy cinema room after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend Wada Hostel West Street for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The hostel had a great location, just a short walk from a bustling street. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, with the rooms and common areas being well-maintained.
The rooms were quite damp, which made it uncomfortable to stay in for long periods of time. the lack of an elevator was a pain, especially when having to carry luggage up several flights of stairs.

my boyfriend and I had a great time during our romantic escape at this hostel. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well, which made communication a breeze. We particularly enjoyed the delicious pancakes they served for breakfast and the fact that they offered a wide selection of other food options. Another perk was the convenient location of the hostel. It was close to the bustling restaurant and bar street, yet surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful stay.
We noticed that the bathrooms could have been better maintained. Some of them had opal glass and were open, which lacked privacy.

Located right across from West St, this hostel is in a prime location. It is easy to find food and other necessities nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, making travel arrangements and giving directions. The rooms are clean and spacious with individual lights and sockets. There are lockers available, although they may not fit large backpacks. Laundry is free and there are stunning views from the laundry room.
Some guests had trouble finding the hostel due to it being hidden and having a small sign.

The hostel had a great location, just across the road from the lively West Street, making it convenient to find food and other amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to assist with travel arrangements and providing guidance. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with thoughtful amenities such as lockers and curtains for added privacy. I especially appreciated the free laundry service, which saved me a lot of time and money.
During my stay, there were some inconveniences. The hostel was undergoing renovations, resulting in heavy smells of paint and dust in the common areas.

We had an amazing Xmas stay at this hostel! The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and warm showers. We loved the basement area with a pool table and board games, it was a great place to relax and have fun. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town but still peaceful at night. The best part was the cheap bike rentals next door, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.
The ensuite bathroom in the dorm, it could have used a good scrub and felt a bit worn out. But overall, it didn't affect our stay too much and we still had a fantastic time.
